You can’t use a memory card with either of them, but you can use two SIM cards, whereby you can insert two normal nano-SIM cards in Vivo and one nano-SIM, and one eSIM in Samsung.

Conclusion:

The Vivo X Flip should now cost around €800, although it will, of course, be more expensive if it is released or imported, while the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4, also with 256GB memory and depending on the color, can be purchased for around €800- €750 found. 8GB of RAM is okay, and the cameras may be worse on paper, so buying with the Samsung device would be safer.
